64-bit; 133MHz PCI-X to PCI-X Bridge, 27 x 27mm PBGA
The FastLane™ PCI 6520 PCI-X to PCI-X Bridge (HB8) is a dual-mode universal adaptive high performance asynchronous 133MHz 64-bit PCI-X to PCI-X bridge for servers, storage, DSP, telecommunication, networking and embedded applications. The PCI 6540 is offered in a 27 x 27mm 380-ball PBGA. This device is available in leaded and lead-free packaging.
