Retrieving Your Password
If you have forgotten your PLX Web site user password, we can e-mail the password to you. The e-mail address you give us must be the same e-mail address you used to originally register with us. Our system will look up your e-mail address in our database, retrieve your password and send it to that e-mail address immediately. Under normal circumstances, the e-mail should arrive very soon.
To retrieve your password by e-mail, type the e-mail address you used when you originally registered in the box below and hit "Submit". If the e-mail address is not in our database you will be informed immediately.
If you have forgotten the e-mail address you entered with your registration, we will not be able to automatically access your database records. If you contact the PLX Webmaster with your contact information (e.g., name, company, phone number and current e-mail address) we will be pleased to assist you.
Tip for road warriors: If you have forgotten your password, and the PLX Webmaster is unavailable, and you are not in a location where you can receive e-mail sent to your registered e-mail address (e.g., you are on the road using a local ISP instead of your company network), then please re-register using your alternate e-mail address associated with your current virtual location in cyberspace. This will allow you to access the premium documents immediately. You can delete this alternate registration later by following any My Data hyperlink.
