• Oct 16, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc., today reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002.
• Oct 14, 2002 - PLX today announced the newest PLX® SDK Pro v3.5 software development kit (SDK), which dramatically boosts performance - up to 42 times that of the previous SDK -- in Linux and Microsoft® Windows® XP drivers for all PLX I/O Accelerator devices.
• Oct 7, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. and Concept Development, Inc. (CDI) today announced use of the PLX® PCI 9056 I/O Accelerator chip to upgrade a variety of CDI video-imaging systems to 66MHz speeds.

September 2002

• Sep 30, 2002 - Based on preliminary financial results, PLX expects revenues for the third quarter to be between $7.8 million and $8.3 million, compared to its previous guidance of $6.0 million to $8.0 million. PLX also completed the purchase of 2,000,000 shares under the stock repurchase program approved by the Company's Board of Directors in January 2001. On September 30, 2002 PLX's Board of Directors authorized an additional 2,000,000 shares as part of a stock repurchase program.

• Aug 12, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. today announced that it has joined the HyperTransport™ Technology Consortium and is represented on one of the consortium's key task forces.

• May 14, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. and Elma Electronic today announced a seminar series in Europe titled "The Changing Face of I/O Connectivity." Seminars will be held in various locations throughout Germany, the United Kingdom and France in June 2002.
• May 06, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc., today announced that it's expanding its role in defining I/O interconnect standards by joining the European PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG Europe). PLX, already a voting member of PICMG in the United States, will contribute to PICMG Europe's marketing of the PCI standard, including PLX PCI I/O Accelerator chips and GigaBridge® Switched-PCI controllers.

• Apr. 17, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc., today reported its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002.
• Apr. 08, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc., today announced that, based on the preliminary results for the quarter ending March 31, 2002, the company expects revenues for the quarter to be approximately 15 percent below fourth-quarter revenues of $11.7 million. • Jan. 23, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc., today reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2001.
• Jan. 22, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. and VMIC today announced the 64-bit, 66MHz-capable PLX® PCI 9656 I/O Accelerator chip has been designed into VMIC's next generation of reflective memory real-time networking products, the VMIXXX-5565 line. Aided by the PCI 9656's high-bandwidth capabilities, VMIC's latest reflective memory products are capable of sharing data among up to 256 independent nodes at rates up to 174 MB per second.
• Jan. 21, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. today announced at the Bus and Board Conference that it has been named an Arapahoe Work Group (3GIO) key developer. PLX was selected by the Arapahoe Work Group promoters, which include industry leaders such as Compaq, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, IBM , Intel and Microsoft, to help develop and finalize the 3GIO draft 1.0 specification for connecting computing subsystems and I/O peripheral components at high-bandwidth speeds. • Jan. 21, 2002 - PLX Technology, Inc. and GoAhead® Software today announced that GoAhead service-availability™ middleware can now provide cross-platform, extensible reliability to the PLX® GigaBridge™ Switched-PCI architecture. GoAhead middleware provides an off-the-shelf data-reliability solution for communications systems using GigaBridge, and complements the Switched-PCI architecture's ability to deliver high data availability.
